The staff were nice and very accommodating.
Our stay had significant issues. The noise from the tram was intolerable in the mornings. Climbing up two flights was exhausting, and this aspect needs serious consideration for guest comfort.

Truly enjoyed spending my time in this clean small hotel. The staff seemed top-class. Perfect central location right by all attraction places and very near to Hagia Sofi. I ate at the traditional restaurant near the property.
The staff was ugly.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to major sites like Hagia Sophia. The room was too small for our family.

I came here for 5 nights and had a really really nice stay. I appreciated this great and amazing hotel with its family atmosphere. All of the staff were very professional, top-class. The location was best possible, minutes from Basilica Cistern. The area was fascinating short walk to restaurants and shops as well as other point of interests in Sultanahmet area.
Tbh, there was no elevator, plus Wi-Fi was bad.

The hotel had a strange smell of smoke wafting through the lobby, which really set the tone. And when my children dared to grab some fruit during breakfast, a manager rudely sent them away, inappropriate. I suppose a complimentary upgrade was way too much to ask, despite the issues. Absoluteley would ve been nice.

Really good Service and Good Breakfast
During my 8-night stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality and efficiency of the staff, who were always eager to help with recommendations for exploring Istanbul. The breakfast each morning featured a wonderful variety, with freshly prepared local dishes that changed daily, and a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant with both traditional seating and regular tables. The convenient location allowed us to easily visit major attractions like Hagia Sophia and the bustling streets filled with shops and dining options nearby. A little more variety in the breakfast offerings would have been appreciated.

I absolutely loved the delicious Gözleme for breakfast and the super comfy Double Room made my stay really enjoyable! The cozy lounge area and a game room were great spots to unwind after a day of exploring. My only small issue was the Wi-Fi being a tad slow at times, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

Recommend it for families looking for an adventure
The hotel staff were pretty good too ensure every little request was met . I was especially impressed when they organized a personal transfer from the airport. Breakfast was a feast, especially the Gözleme, which I can't stop raving about!
It wasn't inexpensive, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Just a top selection for a day tour in Istanbul with reasonable value. The staff made an effort to help us with suggestions for places to eat nearby. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise since there can be plenty of street sounds.
